All my Heart Terms and Health Disclaimer
Effective date: 2026-10-11
These terms govern your use of All my Heart, provided by Anand Sharma ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the app, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Adult use
All my Heart is intended for adult parents, guardians, and caregivers.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms.
The app is not directed to children and must not be presented to a child as their own account or service.
2. Personal journal, not medical care
All my Heart is a personal journal and organization tool.
It is not a medical device, medical record system, telehealth service, or substitute for professional care.
The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or condition.
Measurements, reminders, vaccination entries, care tasks, visit questions, documents, and other health-related features are for personal organization only and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
The app presents saved factual values and does not provide percentiles, health trends, reference ranges, normality judgments, diagnosis, AI interpretation, dosage guidance, or urgency guidance.
Always verify medical information with a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use the app for emergencies or time-critical decisions.
Contact local emergency services immediately if a child may need urgent care.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in content you add to the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup, and appropriate use of that content.
You must have the right or permission to store another person's photos, contact details, comments, documents, location information, and health-related information.
You must not use the app to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
4. Local data and optional cloud services
The app stores journal data locally by default.
Optional automatic cloud sync and restore are Plus features and depend on the submitted build, active entitlement, accounts, networks, software, and services provided by Google.
Your use of those services is also governed by the provider's terms.
Cloud sync is not guaranteed to be continuous, conflict-free, or available forever.
Synchronized content is stored in the user's selected cloud account, and All my Heart does not operate a journal-content server.
It operates a short-lived invitation relay on Cloudflare for encrypted Family Vault join requests and owner-signed approvals.
If Plus expires, ordinary synchronization pauses while local journal access, cloud disconnect, cloud deletion, and provider-held data remain available.
Google Drive synchronizes the complete app state for every child journal after you enable it.
That includes structured Health-page profile information, sparse factual measurements, everyday care routines and completion times, vaccinations, checkups, standalone health documents and their attachments, visit questions, care-contact cards, and journal memories and media.
The submitted Apple build has iCloud sync and CloudKit sharing disabled.
Family Vault excludes standalone health documents, their attachments, and visit questions.
This data may contain sensitive family and health information that the app does not medically classify.
The Privacy Policy explains the exact submitted provider behavior and the categories sent to your chosen cloud account.
Disconnecting a provider does not delete content already stored by that provider.
The Privacy & Data screen provides a separate action to delete the complete All my Heart cloud copy for the connected provider.
The normal action performs one final validated import and local merge before deletion, preserves the merged local journal, and then disconnects.
If the remote archive cannot be validated or imported, deletion stops unless you separately confirm a recovery action that skips import.
That recovery action can permanently discard unreadable or cloud-only memories while preserving the existing local journal.
Neither action controls provider backups, caches, legal retention, delayed-deletion copies, or another connected device that uploads its remaining local copy again.
Content-addressed blobs from older synchronized versions may remain after deleting an individual item until you delete the complete cloud copy or the provider removes them under its policies.
Review the Privacy Policy at https://allmyheart.flownapse.com/privacy/ and the deletion guidance at https://allmyheart.flownapse.com/support/ before enabling sync.
5. Backups and loss
Keep independent copies of irreplaceable photos, reports, and records.
The app can create a complete portable .allmyheart copy that includes journal content and copied attachments but excludes cloud sign-in state, sync metadata, and purchase entitlement.
The portable file is not password-protected, so you are responsible for saving it only in a private location you control.
While Plus is active, the app can create a complete .allmyheart-encrypted copy protected by a password you choose.
We cannot recover a forgotten encrypted-archive password.
Encrypted restore remains available after Plus expires.
The app can also export an A4 or US Letter recap PDF, which is an ordinary unencrypted file.
The Base visit-preparation feature can generate a factual PDF on the device only after you request it.
The packet lists health-document metadata without embedding the attached files and does not diagnose, interpret measurements, calculate health trends or reference ranges, use AI, or provide dosage or urgency guidance.
The app does not automatically upload or email the packet.
The app can create a self-contained offline HTML album and a silent MP4 recap video, which are also ordinary unencrypted files.
Photo Drop can also save an original-photo copy through the system picker.
Published Photo Drop photo copies, PDFs, albums, videos, and portable copies are stored at the destination you choose and are not removed by an in-app local reset.
We do not promise that the app, a device backup, or a cloud provider will prevent every loss, corruption, conflict, or accidental deletion.
You are responsible for protecting your device credentials and Apple or Google accounts.
6. Plus purchases
When offered in the installed store build, Plus may be purchased as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime non-consumable through the App Store or Google Play.
All three purchase choices unlock the same feature set.
That feature set includes automatic user-cloud sync and restore; a sponsored encrypted Family Vault; multiple child journals; protected device-local restore history; care history and local reminders; local Timeline, search, filters, favorites, and On this day; device-generated monthly and yearly recaps; A4 and US Letter PDF export; password-encrypted archive export; offline HTML albums; silent recap videos; on-device OCR and duplicate-photo review; an Android care widget; and bundled themes and premium layouts.
One verified owner purchase may sponsor invited Editors, Contributors, and Viewers for permitted actions inside that Family Vault.
Invited participants do not receive the purchaser's personal Plus tools, purchase entitlement, store account, receipt, or transaction data.
The vault stores only a derived, owner-signed sponsorship term and child-capacity limit so invited installations can verify whether new Family Vault changes are permitted.
Adding a later child within that capacity grants no existing invited participant access until the owner assigns child-specific permissions.
The signing owner may create a password-encrypted Family Vault recovery file containing protected owner identity seeds and pinned vault identity, but no journal plaintext or domain keys.
You are responsible for protecting that file and its password separately, deleting obsolete copies, and ensuring no unauthorized person obtains both.
All my Heart cannot recover a forgotten recovery password, recreate a missing recovery file, or reverse actions taken by someone who successfully restores the signing-owner identity.
Existing child journals, restore points, care history, enabled reminders, premium pages, and already published files remain usable after expiry according to the feature's durability rules.
Encrypted restore remains available.
The operating system controls reminder and widget timing.
The app does not promise exact notification delivery, emergency monitoring, or an Apple home-screen widget in Plus 1.x.
The store shows the applicable localized price and billing period before confirmation and processes the payment under its terms.
Subscriptions renew through the store until you cancel them there.
Purchase restoration uses the same store and store account that supplied the purchase.
An Apple purchase does not automatically create a Google Play entitlement, and a Google Play purchase does not automatically create an Apple entitlement.
Refunds, cancellations, billing recovery, and subscription management are handled under the applicable store's rules.
Purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and receipts are not stored in journal data, personal cloud synchronization, portable copies, PDFs, or search indexes.
All my Heart does not provide cross-store purchase transfer or an operator-hosted entitlement account.
7. Acceptable use
You may use All my Heart only for lawful personal purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the app or provider services, bypass security controls, distribute malware, misuse another person's account, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. App and content changes
We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or product improvement.
We will not intentionally claim a cloud deletion or privacy behavior that the released app does not provide.
9. Third-party services
Links, maps, calls, files, and cloud features may open or rely on third-party apps and services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, medical accuracy, or preservation of every record.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anand Sharma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the app, reliance on user-entered information, device failure, or third-party cloud services.
Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only as applicable law allows.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time.
Uninstalling the app generally removes active local data but does not automatically delete operating system backups or remote provider data.
Use the separate in-app cloud-delete action or provider controls before uninstalling if you also want to remove the All my Heart cloud copy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the current version at https://allmyheart.flownapse.com/terms/ with a revised effective date.
If applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
